We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-notch candidates to help our company achieve its growth objectives. You will be the driving force behind building a robust talent pipeline and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find the best talent
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Utilize Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment and Talent Acquisition techniques to build a diverse and qualified talent pool
• Perform Cold Calling to reach out to potential candidates and generate interest in the opportunities
• Demonstrate Excellent Communication Skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing and Screening techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting top talent
• Passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
