About the Job

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Intern / Recruitment Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assessing top talent to support the growth of our organization. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your strong communication skills and understanding of the talent acquisition process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate assessment, and coordination of interviews
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate information
• Participate in the development and implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Support Talent Engagement & Development initiatives to attract and retain top talent
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address Talent Management needs
• Provide administrative support and data analysis to the recruitment function

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition best practices
• Familiarity with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Passion for helping organizations build high-performing teams
