Overview

Tax Compliance – Associate (HNI) focusing on U.S. domestic & global mobility tax compliance for high net worth individuals and related entities.

What you'll do

• Prepare U.S. individual, fiduciary, gift, and estate tax returns.
• Assist with complex tax returns for HNIs, trusts, estates, partnerships, and globally mobile employees.
• Analyze tax documents and financial data for accurate reporting and compliance.
• Prepare workpapers, tax calculations, and supporting schedules for senior review.
• Coordinate with clients and engagement teams to gather information and resolve queries.
• Support multi-state filings and foreign information/international compliance requirements.
• Monitor engagement timelines and communicate status updates.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of U.S. Individual Tax Compliance experience (HNI, domestic, and/or global mobility).
• Experience preparing U.S. tax returns including Forms 1040, 1041, 709, and 706.
• Basic understanding of multi-state taxation, trusts and estates, foreign reporting, and international individual tax compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical research capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, tax compliance software, and workflow management tools.
