Tax Provision Specialist

Overview

Tax Provision Specialist responsible for quarterly income tax provision activities for international entities and related reporting.

What you'll do

• Review quarterly income tax provision packages for international entities.
• Handle return-to-provision true-ups for international entities.
• Assist with Effective Tax Rate calculations and analysis.
• Prepare tax account reconciliations.
• Prepare and lead cash tax reconciliation and reporting.
• Support preparation and documentation of the income tax footnote and disclosures for Forms 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings.
• Assist with tax technology transformations and research income tax accounting issues.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Over 5 years of experience in public accounting and/or a multinational corporate tax department.
• Strong ASC 740 (U.S. GAAP income taxes) and corporate income tax knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex tax regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey tax concepts.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tax compliance and reporting.
• Proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision, SAP, OneStream, and MS Excel.
