Tech Lead

Overview

Tech Lead role focused on designing and building cloud-native, modern web systems across the full stack, with strong Node.js and React proficiency.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using React and Node.js.
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive front-end UIs integrated with system APIs.
• Ensure code follows best practices, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams in an Agile process.
• Architect secure, performant systems using modern DevSecOps practices and modernize legacy systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Node.js and React in production-grade applications.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, including CSS preprocessors like SCSS/LESS.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD practices, cloud-native development, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with datalayers such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, SOLID, and security best practices.
