Technical Lead - India

Overview

Technical Lead (Full Stack) to architect, design, and oversee scalable web applications and distributed systems for user-facing experiences through backend services and cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Lead full-stack application architecture across frontend, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide hands-on technical guidance across frontend and backend.
• Define coding standards, enforce code quality, and run code reviews.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Design and build backend services using Python/FastAPI or Java.
• Develop web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript and collaborate on UX delivery.
• Deploy and optimize applications on AWS with CI/CD, testing, and observability.

What you'll need

• 7–10 years software engineering experience.
• At least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong backend expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Java.
• Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Experience building REST and GraphQL APIs with performance, security, and maintainability focus.
• Experience with asynchronous processing (e.g., Celery or similar) and microservices.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
