Technical Product Lead - AI Finance

Overview

Lead an AI-native finance product vertical end to end, covering strategy, technical design, delivery and launch across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth or trading products.

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities and delivery.
• Shape technical designs across APIs, data flows, ledgering and reconciliation.
• Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulation and user experience.
• Build requirements for KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy and licensing.
• Apply AI with evaluation, safeguards, human oversight and failure handling.
• Coordinate launches involving regulatory approvals, financial rails and third-party partners.
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong foundation in architecture, APIs, databases, workflows and distributed systems.
• Experience reviewing and contributing to technical designs with engineers.
• Experience in a regulated financial or other high-consequence product domain.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Engineering or highly technical product background.
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
• Experience defining ML or LLM product evaluation frameworks.
