Overview
As a Technical Recruiter for Infrastructure, you’ll own full lifecycle recruiting for infrastructure roles, partnering with infrastructure leaders to define hiring needs and attract specialized talent.
What you'll do
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for infrastructure role searches, from intake through offer and close.
- Run structured intakes with hiring managers to translate ambiguous needs into scoped requirements and search strategies.
- Build and maintain pipelines of specialized infrastructure talent, emphasizing passive candidates.
- Refine infrastructure interview loops, including take-home assignments and scorecards with hiring managers and partners.
- Develop domain knowledge to identify niche talent with the right infrastructure fit.
- Advise hiring managers using market data and calibration feedback to influence hiring decisions.
- Partner with Compensation, People Partners, and Mobility to structure equitable offers and guide candidates to close.
- Handle sensitive role and candidate information with discretion, including confidential searches.
What you'll need
- Deep full lifecycle recruiting experience, including substantial time supporting infrastructure, platform, or technical engineering organizations.
- Ability to hold technical conversations about infrastructure domains such as Kubernetes and container orchestration, cloud networking, cluster networking, and systems languages.
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system like Greenhouse and modern sourcing tools.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers on intake, bar calibration, and interview loop design.
- Independent judgment on candidate quality and ability to partner with multiple hiring managers on complex searches.
- Ownership and adaptability to adjust as priorities and hiring needs shift.
- Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role of an infrastructure function.
Details
- Annual compensation range: $240,000–$295,000 USD.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Location-based hybrid policy: expect to be in an office at least 25% of the time (some roles may require more).
- Visa sponsorship: they sponsor visas and make reasonable efforts if an offer is made.
