Technical Support Executive

About the role

Standard Group is seeking Technical Service Technicians to join our growing team in Hyderabad. You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing mechanical equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults using systematic problem-solving approaches
• Install, commission, and test equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all maintenance activities
• Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with the service management team

What we're looking for

• ITI or Diploma qualification in Mechanical engineering (pass or fail candidates eligible)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and service documentation
• Fresher or experienced candidates welcome; willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Nice to have

• Experience with specific industrial equipment or machinery
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and record-keeping
