Overview

Technical Support Engineer providing remote technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving software issues and helping them get value from the Paytronix platform.

What you'll do

Provide remote technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving issues.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and manage support cases.
Configure and support the Paytronix platform and guide customers on usage.
Create and maintain documentation and contribute product feedback.
Work with internal teams to improve support processes and customer outcomes.

What you'll need

3-5 years of customer service and technical support experience.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud or tools like Intercom.
Experience with POS systems, online ordering platforms, or APIs.
Experience creating technical documentation.
Experience improving processes or using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.

Details

Work location: United States (Remote).
Salary range: $50k-$60k.
