Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Provide technical chat and voice support to international clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues while meeting productivity targets in a 24/7 global support environment.

What you'll do

• Provide chat and voice support to international clients.
• Resolve basic to complex technical support queries in a timely manner.
• Respond to customers efficiently and professionally.
• Handle technical queries, identify issues, and escalate when needed.
• Meet productivity expectations defined by the process.
• Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and guidelines.
• Work toward 100% customer satisfaction and satisfactory service levels.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support/BPO industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Basic to advanced knowledge of computers (software).
• Working knowledge of internet and networking.
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 100% accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in global support environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Details

• 5 working days per week with 2 rotational weekly offs (not necessarily Saturday/Sunday).
• Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
