Technical Support Engineer - Cloud (Remote, ROU)

Overview

Technical Support Engineer - Cloud provides customer support for the CrowdStrike service, resolving technical issues remotely and coordinating internally to address escalations and product-impacting bugs.

What you'll do

• Act as a customer liaison with internal stakeholders to document and assess customer feedback.
• Resolve customer problems via telephone, email, chat, or remote access.
• Research technical issues and follow up with recommendations and action plans.
• Escalate cases to management when customer satisfaction is at risk.
• Own customer issues end-to-end, including troubleshooting and root-cause identification.
• Collect and document bugs with Engineering for product issues impacting customers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration, or related customer-facing experience.
• Technical expertise on Windows, Mac, or Linux platforms.
• Demonstrable skills supporting and deploying cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated certifications.
• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes & Containers.
• Expertise in Windows environment including Windows Service and Workstation, plus low-level OS and network troubleshooting.
