Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
• Continuously improve customer service by identifying pain points and implementing process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or customer service role
• Strong IT and technical background, with the ability to understand and resolve a variety of technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively
