Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs), update knowledge base articles, and collaborate with vendors and service management teams on issue analysis and resolution.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs).
• Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors on issue analysis and resolution.
• Help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on operational procedures.
• Participate in developing and improving operational processes to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud service models and deployment architectures.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles related to cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations.
• Knowledge of monitoring and incident management tools used in cloud infrastructure support.
• 15 years of full-time education.
