About the Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and generating new leads for our sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct Telecalling activities to reach out to potential customers
• Perform Cold Calling to generate new leads and opportunities
• Provide Customer Support and address inquiries and concerns effectively
• Utilize Sales Skills to identify customer needs and pitch relevant products or services
• Demonstrate strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers
• Engage in Tele sales activities to convert leads into sales
• Maintain excellent Customer Engagement throughout the sales process
• Contribute to Lead Generation efforts to expand the customer base
• Deliver Customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate Telesales expertise to close deals and meet sales targets
• Exhibit Customer Service Proficiency in handling customer queries and concerns
• Apply Negotiation Skills to secure favorable outcomes for the company

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a Telecalling or customer-facing role
• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Customer Engagement and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Telecalling, Cold Calling, and Tele sales techniques
