Varutra Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join their Spark Training Program. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to college students and introducing them to the company's cybersecurity training opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to college students and freshers
• Introduce the Spark Cybersecurity Training Program by Varutra
• Explain course benefits, career opportunities, and learning outcomes
• Identify interested candidates and generate quality leads
• Maintain and update student database regularly
• Follow up with interested students and assist in the enrollment process
• Coordinate with the training team for sessions and conversions
• Maintain professional and engaging communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with students over calls
• Basic understanding of sales or counseling is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools)
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Interest in cybersecurity or the training domain is a bonus
