Telecaller

About the role

We're looking for a skilled Debt Recovery Telecaller to join our collections team in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. You'll be the frontline voice managing customer outreach, building rapport, and successfully recovering outstanding payments through strategic conversations and persistent follow-up.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding debt, using proven scripts and persuasion techniques to negotiate payment arrangements
• Document all interactions in the CRM system with detailed notes on customer status, promises, and next steps
• Handle customer objections with strong communication skills, turning resistance into cooperation and securing commitment to payment
• Follow up consistently on pending cases, maintaining detailed records and ensuring no leads fall through the cracks
• Meet or exceed monthly recovery targets while maintaining professional conduct and compliance with collection regulations

What we're looking for

• 6 months to 8 years of experience in debt recovery, telemarketing, or collections (entry-level candidates with strong communication welcome)
• Exceptional persuasion and convincing ability — you can build trust quickly and guide customers toward payment commitments
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clarity, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willingness to work on-site in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi with full-time availability

Nice to have

• Prior experience with CRM platforms or call center software
• Familiarity with debt recovery regulations and ethical collection practices
• Proven track record of exceeding recovery or sales targets
