Telecaller

About the role

RSG is looking for a driven Sales Telecaller to generate leads and manage relationships across our two fast-growing verticals: Payroll Management and Fitness (gym setups and commercial fitness equipment trading). You'll own the full sales cycle from cold calling through relationship management, supported by CRM tools and occasional field visits.

What you'll do

• Execute outbound telecalling campaigns to qualify leads and pitch payroll and fitness solutions to businesses, builders, and commercial clients
• Maintain and update CRM records with prospect interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress; ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility
• Build rapport with prospects through confident, persuasive communication and address objections to move deals forward
• Schedule and conduct field visits to key prospects and clients when required to close deals and strengthen relationships
• Track daily call metrics, conversion rates, and sales targets; report progress and iterate on strategy

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of proven telecalling or inside sales experience in B2B environments (payroll, fitness, or similar sectors preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills with clarity, confidence, and the ability to articulate product value persuasively
• Strong sales instinct: ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals through phone and in-person meetings
• Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and ability to maintain clean, organized pipeline data
• Based in or willing to work on-site in Mumbai (Andheri)

Nice to have

• Experience in fitness, gym equipment, or payroll/HR software sales
• Familiarity with commercial or B2B sales cycles
• Track record of exceeding monthly sales targets
