We are seeking a highly skilled Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales through effective telecalling and customer service. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to provide an exceptional customer experience will be crucial to the success of this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage in Telecalling activities to connect with potential customers and promote our products or services
• Demonstrate Excellent Communication Skills to effectively convey information and address customer inquiries
• Participate in Tele sales and Telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a focus on Customer Satisfaction & Retention by providing exceptional customer service and support
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telecalling strategies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telecalling, with a proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles
• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
• Strong Tele sales and Telemarketing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Satisfaction & Retention, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using relevant telecalling and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with a positive and proactive attitude
