Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and outbound telecalling to generate new leads and opportunities
• Provide customer support and handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Develop and maintain tele sales strategies to maximize conversion rates
• Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential customers
• Maintain accurate records and data related to calls, customer interactions, and sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
• Continuously improve communication skills and protocols to enhance overall performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
• Strong convincing skills and the ability to persuade and influence customers
• Proficiency in using MS-Office applications, particularly MS Word
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with customer support best practices and protocols
• Proficiency in the language required for the role
