We are seeking a talented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued clients. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record in tele sales, and a deep understanding of the banking industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs
• Effectively pitch our products and services, demonstrating their value and benefits
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the banking industry
• Strong understanding of banking sales and products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Minimum 0 to 12 years of relevant experience
