Telesales Executive

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to drive outbound and inbound sales through phone-based conversations. You will generate qualified leads, present our products/services clearly, handle customer questions and objections, and consistently work toward sales targets. If you enjoy interacting with customers, staying organized in CRM, and turning conversations into results, this role is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce offerings.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and guide customers to the right solution.
• Explain products/services, address queries, and showcase key value clearly.
• Generate leads, follow up on leads, and maintain an active pipeline.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets with a target-oriented approach.
• Maintain and update customer records in a CRM to ensure data accuracy.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to improve conversion and retention.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively by managing objections and negotiations.
• Prepare daily sales reports to track progress and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong verbal clarity.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain performance under pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills to convert prospects into customers.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong customer handling skills, including empathy and objection management.
• Good time management to manage calls, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Confidence and positive attitude; willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• High school diploma or graduate qualification (as required by the company).
