Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads based on requirements.
• Present product/service information clearly, emphasizing benefits and relevant solutions.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in the assigned CRM/system.
• Follow up consistently to convert prospects into active customers, tracking progress through to closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a strong customer experience.
• Achieve and report on daily/weekly sales targets with disciplined pipeline management.
• Handle objections confidently using active listening and solution-focused communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to explain offers clearly and persuasively.
• Graduate (minimum qualification required).
• Comfortable with phone-based selling, follow-ups, and meeting performance goals.
• Basic proficiency with computers/CRM tools and data entry.
• Professional attitude, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.
