Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate lead records and support lead management by updating information in the assigned systems.
• Understand customer needs and provide customer support by addressing basic questions and concerns.
• Focus on sales skills to move prospects through the funnel and support conversion efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights, improve call outcomes, and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the local market to support effective outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on excellent communication skills for calling and follow-up.
• Experience or demonstrated practice in tele sales, telecalling, or outreach-based roles (internship-friendly).
• Ability to handle sales and negotiation conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Comfort engaging customers confidently and the ability to participate in sales pitch discussions.
• Basic understanding of customer support and responsiveness when handling inquiries.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow guidance from mentors.
• Basic computer proficiency for lead tracking and remote coordination.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong lead management mindset with attention to detail.
