Telesales Executive

About the role

We're looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to join our Dehradun office and drive customer engagement through outbound calls and customer care support. You'll be the voice of our brand, managing customer inquiries, building relationships, and contributing to our sales pipeline.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services and address inquiries
• Handle inbound customer care calls with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads systematically
• Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions while maintaining a positive brand image
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team sales goals while ensuring high-quality customer interactions

What we're looking for

• 6 months–1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence and ability to engage customers effectively
• Strong customer relations mindset — patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
• Willingness to work on-site in Dehradun and adapt to shift schedules as needed

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM tools or call centre software
• Experience in BFSI, e-commerce, or telecom sectors
