We are seeking a talented Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales through effective telemarketing strategies. Roles & Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and sell them
• Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening
• Negotiate and close sales deals while providing an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy
• Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Telecalling, Banking Sales, or Telemarketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers
• Strong convencing skill and the ability to handle objections effectively
• Familiarity with Tele sales techniques and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient in using relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
