About the role
We're looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our logistics operations in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad. You'll own a defined territory, build and nurture B2B client relationships, and consistently hit ambitious sales targets in a fast-growing logistics business.
What you'll do
- Manage and expand a dedicated sales territory, identifying new logistics clients and deepening relationships with existing accounts
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct B2B sales negotiations with shippers, freight forwarders, and supply chain decision-makers; close deals and manage contract terms
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools; track metrics, forecast revenue, and report progress to leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings; serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in your region
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry
- Fluency in the local language (Tamil for Chennai, Telugu for Hyderabad, Kannada for Bengaluru) — mandatory for client communication
- Strong track record of closing enterprise or mid-market deals and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Willingness to be based on-site in your assigned city; occasional regional travel expected
Nice to have
- Experience with logistics software platforms or supply chain management tools
- Existing network or relationships within the local logistics and freight industry
- Background in freight forwarding, customs clearance, or multimodal transport
- Familiarity with GST, INCOTERMS, or other logistics compliance frameworks
