Test Architecture Senior Manager - Operate

Overview

Lead testing strategy and quality review for software and product innovation work within the Software and Product Innovation practice, as a Senior Manager in the Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Lead test architecture strategy for software and product innovation initiatives across client service engagements
• Define testing frameworks, quality control approaches, and automation methods for complex application environments
• Guide teams in test case design, defect management, and validation of functional, performance, and data model requirements
• Advise stakeholders on testing scope, risk areas, and release readiness across agile delivery cycles and managed services work
• Drive test environment management, reliability validation, and troubleshooting for integrated technology solutions
• Apply systems thinking to identify gaps in software quality, implementation readiness, and process design
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into effective testing methodology and documentation
• Coach teams through ambiguous delivery challenges and support decisions that move testing work forward
• Advance use of digital tooling, AI fluency, and automation testing to improve efficiency and repeatability
• Monitor test results, investigate root causes, and validate corrective actions for recurring defects

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 6 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
