Tier 2 Product Owner - Oracle SCM & Fleet Management

Overview

Own functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Cloud Fleet Management. Resolve complex issues, support fleet operations, prioritize enhancements, and help shape the product roadmap with business and IT stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle Cloud Fleet Management.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, process gaps, configuration concerns, and exceptions.
• Prioritize incidents, defects, enhancements, and support requests.
• Support fleet planning, vehicle utilization, dispatch, tracking, driver management, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Gather requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into functional enhancements.
• Support functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Communicate priorities, risks, dependencies, and status to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fleet management, or related systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud Fleet Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with functional support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, fleet management, and logistics processes.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

• Remote or on-site at a client location.
• Travel is required as directed by the customer project.
