TPM + RGM Process & BI Analyst- Experienced Associate

Overview

As a TPM + RGM Process & BI Analyst (Experienced Associate), you’ll help clients with customer-related strategies and initiatives, including pricing, profitability and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Analyze current-state trade promotion, rebate, accruals, deductions, claims, reporting and revenue management processes.
• Define future-state TPM/RGM operating models, business requirements, process controls and performance KPIs.
• Design, build and implement TPM, RGM and BI solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Develop analytics and reporting for promotion planning, trade spend, forecast accuracy, accruals, payments and post-event performance.
• Support analytics to assess customer profitability to optimize pricing strategies and maximize customer value.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of prior relevant work experience in a Pricing/Sales/Analytics Strategy role.
• Experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) topics including promotion planning, funds management and post-event analytics.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers such as price-pack architecture, assortment/mix and promotion effectiveness.
• Background in process design and business analysis including as-is/to-be mapping, requirements and user stories.
• BI/analytics experience including data quality checks, dashboard/report design and KPI visualization.
• Skilled with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
