About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for effective manpower handling, troubleshooting day-to-day breakdowns, maintaining documentation, and ensuring proper preventive maintenance schedules. You will also be responsible for coordinating with outside agencies, maintaining good housekeeping, and ensuring compliance with GMP rules.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Effective manpower handling and proper utilization of utility operators
• Attending to troubleshooting and breakdown of rotary, stationary, and electrical equipment
• Maintaining documents such as change control, deviation, and CAPA
• Preparing and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, AHU validation schedules, and equipment requalification schedules
• Coordinating with outside agencies and executing work as per requirements
• Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping during maintenance
• Preparing and executing equipment qualification documents
• Maintaining GMP rules and related records
• Preparing AHU validation reports, protocols, and executing validation in the finished section, raw material store, and microbiology lab
• Responsible for taking safety precautions during maintenance and modification work

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and utilities in the manufacturing API business
• Alternatively, B.E. or B.Tech (Mechanical) with a minimum of 0-6 months+ of relevant experience in the manufacturing API business
