Trainee – Global IT Technical Support

Overview

Trainee – Global IT Technical Support within the Global IT Service Delivery team supporting global internal customers with technical and software distribution services 24x7 in English.

What you'll do

• Manage IT service requests via the IT ticketing tool, including classification and assignment to L2/L3 support.
• Assess incident severity and escalate to appropriate L2/L3 teams for timely resolution.
• Follow IT processes and policies to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Support IT project activities as assigned and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues from incoming incidents and communicate findings.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with testing and feedback collection.
• Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards as applicable to IT operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in a Windows environment.
• Basic understanding of ITIL practices preferred.
• Good understanding of operating systems, networks, and applications.
• Familiarity with mobile OS (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
