Technical Helpdesk Support Engineer

Overview

Technical Helpdesk Support Engineer providing workplace technology support and ensuring seamless IT service delivery for business users.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile device, application, and network issues.
• Configure and support user accounts and endpoint/workplace technology services.
• Track and manage incidents and service requests through agreed service levels.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal support teams when required.
• Use knowledge bases and resources to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Follow up with end users to confirm complete issue resolution.
• Provide onsite support for audio-visual technologies during meetings and events.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk/Technical Support/Desktop Support/EUC.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, laptop, and workplace technologies.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems and MacOS environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
• Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) and helpdesk tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
