IT Service Engineer

Overview

IT Service Engineer role supporting global users with troubleshooting and maintaining IT operations across macOS and Windows environments.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on macOS and Windows.
• Resolve or escalate IT tickets and provide remote assistance.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and video conferencing systems.
• Support smartphones via mobile device management platforms.
• Communicate with users to document and resolve IT issues.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot across macOS and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks and network troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Proficiency in M365 administration and support.
