IT Service Engineer

Overview

IT Service Desk Engineer (L1) providing frontline IT support for end users and IT infrastructure at a Pune location with 24x7 rotational shifts.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment and configuration issues.
• Provide end-user technical assistance for client computers, OS, and applications.
• Support OS imaging via Intune, software deployment, and software compliance management.
• Deliver first-level support for Windows Client/Server and MacOS for end users.
• Handle procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management of hardware/software assets.
• Manage incident and request handling by answering calls/emails/chat and prioritizing tickets.
• Configure/troubleshoot LAN/WAN connections and assist on-site deployments with remote guidance.

What you'll need

• 3–4 years of IT support experience focused on Windows client/server troubleshooting and MacBook support.
• Installation and configuration experience with Windows 10/11 and MacOS.
• Networking knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP; CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge preferred.
• Helpdesk experience including software/hardware troubleshooting and IT ticketing system knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written English for support logs and hotline call management.
• Ability to analyze issues holistically and deliver effective solutions.
• Certifications: MCP, Fundamentals, Associate, Expert, Specialty, including AZ-900/AZ-104 and CCNA-level knowledge preferred.
