Senior Mobility Engineer, End User Technology

Overview

Senior Mobility Engineer for end-user technology, owning and evolving the modern endpoint and mobility platform using Microsoft Intune.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate and BYOD endpoints.
• Lead mobile and endpoint device management using Intune and other enterprise MDM tools.
• Design, deploy, and support Intune for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Windows 365.
• Set up configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and app deployments.
• Implement Windows Autopilot and optimized enrollment for onboarding.
• Integrate Intune with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender.
• Provide Tier 2/3 endpoint support, investigate complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.

What you'll need

• 5–7+ years in enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience in a production enterprise environment.
• Device management experience across iOS/iPadOS, Android (corporate & BYOD), Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows 365.
• Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, and zero-trust security principles.
• Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments including GPO management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and automation engineering for endpoint operations.
• Ability to lead and prioritize complex troubleshooting, perform root cause analysis, and recommend risk mitigation.
