About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating a lathe machine to shape and form metal parts with precision and accuracy. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a strong technical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate lathe machines to produce high-quality metal parts and components
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate part production
• Perform set-up, adjustment, and maintenance of lathe machines to maintain optimal performance
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the manufacturing process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards to deliver reliable and compliant products

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Turner or Lathe Machine Operator
• Proficient in operating and maintaining lathe machines
• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of fitter and lathe man responsibilities
