Video Content Designer

Overview

Video Content Designer to create fast-turn short-form video, motion graphics, and visual assets for product and customer marketing, campaigns, social, events, and sales enablement.

What you'll do

• Repurpose long-form interviews, webinars, event recordings, and footage into short-form clips.
• Design and edit social-first and campaign video content (teasers, product graphics, quote clips, event clips, sales enablement videos).
• Create motion graphics and supporting visuals (animated text, lower thirds, captions, transitions, title/end cards).
• Build and maintain reusable templates for recurring video formats.
• Translate briefs and messaging into visual video assets with marketing and brand partners.
• Prepare final files in required formats and specs for channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, web, HubSpot, and presentations.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, graphic design, content design, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong portfolio covering both video editing and graphic design work.
• Experience in a fast-turnaround, high-volume content environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Descript, or similar platforms.
• Strong layout, typography, color, pacing, hierarchy, captions, and visual consistency skills.
• Ability to work from a brief and deliver strong visual options quickly.
• Attention to detail for formatting, brand consistency, file specs, and versioning across channels.
