About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visa Counsellor/Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, guiding potential applicants on visa options, conducting telephonic consultations, and converting leads into clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to visa and immigration inquiries
• Provide accurate information about study visas, work permits, tourist visas, PR pathways, and other immigration services
• Assess client profiles and suggest suitable visa options based on eligibility
• Convert inquiries and leads into consultation appointments and potential clients
• Maintain proper follow-up with prospective clients and guide them through the initial process
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM or lead management systems
• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth client onboarding
• Guide clients regarding required documents and initial application procedures
• Ensure professional and transparent communication with clients at all times
• Keep updated with latest visa policies and immigration programs
• Assist in marketing campaigns by following up with digital or advertisement leads
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service quality
• Handle client queries, objections, and concerns effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client communications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa counselling, telecalling, field sales, or immigration consultancy
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to explain immigration processes clearly and professionally
• Strong persuasion and client relationship skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email communication)

Candidates with prior experience in immigration consultancy firms, overseas education consultancy, or visa documentation/counseling roles will be given preference.
