Voice Talent Required – Hindi (female)

Overview

Lilt Production is seeking a professional or semi-professional female Hindi voice talent for an exciting language and technology project. The voice should sound mature, approximately 35–55 years old, natural rather than polished or robotic, and retain natural pauses, disfluencies and word emphasis.

What you'll do

• Deliver conversational, likeable and customer-friendly voice recordings.
• Use a natural and approachable dialogue style.
• Convey an intelligent, confident, engaged and trust-building personality.
• Sound welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please.
• Convey desired traits such as friendly, confident and helpful.
• Speak clearly and maintain an easy-to-follow, consistent moderate pace with natural pauses.
• Follow specific technical recording requirements, including volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments and audio quality.
• Provide demos, sample recordings or voiceover samples.
• Meet tight delivery deadlines on fast-turnaround projects.
• License your voice for AI voice cloning or TTS training.
• Complete a project test in Lilt's module when required.

What you'll need

• Native-speaker ability in the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup.
• Recording software.
• Microphone.
• Headset or speakers.
• Audio interface.
• Professional digital audio workstation, software and plugins.
• Treated space or a quiet environment free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling and similar issues.
• Ability to follow specific technical requirements when recording.
• Ability to provide demo, sample recordings or voiceover samples.
• Comfort with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
• Openness to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning or TTS training.
