About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper storage
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, keeping it clean, organized, and safe
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and store materials
• Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10TH PASS education
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs
