Warehouse Manager

Overview

Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory handling, product rotation, and nightly loading, while ensuring safety and compliance.

What you'll do

• Receive deliveries and ensure proper warehouse product rotation.
• Support daily inventory activity to keep inventory counting and tracking accurate.
• Oversee warehouse operational activities in the Operations Manager’s absence.
• Manage product rotation using the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy.
• Assist with scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect fleet conditions weekly.
• Ensure nightly loading complies with company policies.
• Clean, repackage, and return repackaged product into circulation to company standards.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.

Details

• Provide online and in-person safety education and training to employees.
• Advise the leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.
• Follow accident and injury reporting procedures, including submission into the Incident Management System.
• Inspect working conditions to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
