Warehousing Co-ordinator- Billing and Logistics

Overview

Warehousing Coordinator responsible for updating logistics/warehouse systems, managing daily warehouse and shipping activities, and supporting shipment accuracy and inventory records.

What you'll do

• Assist in daily warehouse and shipping operations, including fulfilling and shipping customer orders.
• Ensure internal shipping requirements are met and supporting documentation is accurate.
• Receive incoming materials and route them to the appropriate area or personnel.
• Fill work orders from production, package assemblies, and receive items into finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and oversee cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse spending, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to departments via item transfers through SAP.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Good 2 years of experience in logistics (as stated).
• Degree in accounting, logistics, business administration, or a relevant field.
• English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good understanding of relevant law and practical application.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong problem-solving and organization.

Details

• Willingness to take job rotation and business travel when requested by Logistics Manager and Country General Manager.
