Mandatory Skills:

IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Administration

WAS ND Environment

Production Support & Troubleshooting

Strong Hands-on Shell/Bash Scripting

Apache Tomcat Administration

SSL Certificate & Security Management

OpenSSL Troubleshooting

Web/API Troubleshooting

Jenkins & CI/CD Understanding

Ansible Automation

Good to Have:

Kubernetes

Docker

Linux Administration

WebLogic / JBoss

Middleware Upgrade Activities

CVE / Vulnerability Assessment Exposure

Key Responsibilities:

Middleware administration & production support

Deployment & release management

SSL implementation & renewals

Automation & scripting activities

Incident management & RCA

Server monitoring & troubleshooting

Coordination with infra, development & client teams
