Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide international customer support via chat, email, and/or phone, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues by following support workflows, product knowledge, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Act as a first point of contact while maintaining strong customer experience standards and service quality.
• Document cases clearly in internal systems, including issue summaries, actions taken, and resolution outcomes.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate teams with complete context and relevant details.
• Consistently meet or exceed support KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional tone and apply culturally aware communication when supporting customers globally.
• Continuously improve by participating in training, knowledge base updates, and performance feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle questions, concerns, and complaints confidently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when assessing customer needs.
• Comfort with remote work and self-management in a fast-paced support environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including comfortable use of ticketing/CRM tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with international support coverage.
• Proof of reliability and professionalism, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
