Overview
Workday Integration Consultant (Associate) role focused on integrating Workday Cloud with external applications across HCM, Financial, and Academic functional areas.
What you'll do
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems related to Workday integration.
- Integrate Workday Cloud application with external applications across functional areas.
- Contribute to project objectives and specific deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior staff and support delivery within technical workstreams.
- Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base (Studio/EIB and 3rd-party code).
- Identify, escalate risks, and develop alternative technical/functional approaches when needed.
What you'll need
- Delivery experience in technical workstreams of 2+ HCM or Financials implementations (at least two phases).
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or financial discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel on business need and work extended hours as necessary.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations.
- Development experience using at least 2: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect.
- Ability to demonstrate design/build/support for integration testing including Studio, EIB, and supporting 3rd-party coding.
Nice to have
- Current Workday Integration and Studio certification.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting testing of a Workday integration code base (Studio, EIB, with supporting 3rd-party coding).
- Experience with tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities.
