Overview
Support and maintain application platforms to keep Workday integrations reliable, scalable, maintainable, and high-availability.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, PECI, PICOF, and Report Designer.
- Implement integrations and transformations using XML, XSLT, web services, REST APIs, and Java.
- Participate across the SDLC from requirements gathering through post-production support.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor production interfaces, perform root cause analysis, and apply enhancements.
- Design and develop Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard, and Composite Reports and complex Workday calculated fields.
- Configure and maintain Workday integration security (X509 certificates, PGP encryption, SSH keys, ISU/ISG) and create technical documentation.
What you'll need
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration development, implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Experience with Workday Studio and related integration components (EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, PECI, PICOF).
- Ability to develop using XML, XSLT, web services, REST APIs, and Java.
- Experience spanning requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production interface monitoring.
- Ability to work with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
- Experience configuring Workday integration security (X509, PGP, SSH keys, ISU, ISG).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
