Xstore Tech Lead

Overview

Xstore Tech Lead to lead Oracle Xstore POS solutions, integrations, upgrades, and implementation delivery.

What you'll do

• Deliver experience in Xstore version upgrades with at least 2 projects.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and design technical solutions.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Xstore POS applications.
• Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS, EFTLink, Customers, Articles, Prices, Promotions, Sales/Settlement).
• Perform root cause analysis for critical production issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure coding standards with unit testing and code reviews, and support enhancements, new features, and localization.
• Mentor team members.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of IT experience with strong focus on Oracle Xstore POS.
• Xstore version upgrades with at least 2 projects.
• Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Strong skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience in Oracle Retail ecosystem and POS integrations.
• Minimum 4 end-to-end Xstore implementations.
