Technical Lead Simulation Engineering – SIL/HIL, Cuda/Opencl

Overview

Lead SIL simulation architecture, strategy, and execution across multiple programs for automotive embedded systems, including GPU programming and end-to-end validation.

What you'll do

• Lead SIL simulation architecture, strategy, and execution across multiple programs.
• Define and plan SIL and HIL validation strategies using embedded systems expertise.
• Lead simulation activities across all SDLC phases from requirements to validation.
• Design scalable simulation environments and end-to-end validation architecture.
• Drive automation and integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Accelerate compute-intensive applications through GPU programming.
• Identify bottlenecks and parallelize existing simulation code using CUDA/OpenCL or similar frameworks.
• Set and track KPIs for validation quality and coverage.
• Optimize simulation performance using microcontroller knowledge of memory, processing, and real-time needs.
• Develop and maintain simulation tools and models for automotive embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align simulation with timelines, requirements, and quality standards.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Radar Signal Processing and Object Tracking.
• Experience in parallel computing and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CAN/Ethernet communication protocols and CANoe.
• Expertise across SIL and HIL frameworks.
• Strong software architecture skills.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• CI/CD integration for simulation.
