Tech Lead - Enterprise Application Salesforce P 4C

Overview

Lead Salesforce development for enterprise CRM solutions supporting retail and investment management banking clients. Own design, development, testing, operations, and incremental delivery in an Agile and DevOps environment.

What you'll do

• Implement and enhance Salesforce systems against regional and global business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and operate Salesforce products and integrations.
• Customize Salesforce communities and portals using Lightning components.
• Develop Salesforce features with Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, business analysis, and testing teams.

What you'll need

• Hold a B.E. or B.Tech qualification.
• Have relevant Salesforce click and code development experience.
• Hold mandatory certifications in Sales, Service, and Administration.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and unit tests.
• Use Salesforce Flow for automation, data manipulation, and screen flows.
• Apply Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and platform-limit mitigation.
• Use version control, CI/CD infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and SOQL databases.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
